For the actions move  and copy , the user must specify a "from point" that is the point the move or copy action will begin and a "to point" that is the point the action will end.

 

 

 

 

To move/copy a block in a specific distance in a direction, pick the "from point" and then move the mouse towards that direction. Then instead of picking a "to point", type the distance in meters (it will appear in the command line) and press enter.

 

 

 

After the copy action the distance from the "from point" to the copied block is 8m
