A useful functionality of ECO-engine that can be used during the zoning of a building block is the midpoint helper. Midpoint helper helps the user to snap on the midpoint of two points and thus easily draw the internal walls/partitions between zones. During the midpoint helper action the user is asked to pick two points and the middle point of those two points will be calculated and used as the next point of the internal wall.

 

To activate the midpoint helper action, click    at he osnap toolbar or press “M” during the drawing action.
