Alight a drawing to a view of the building model can be very useful during the drawing of the openings and other sub surfaces. To achieve to drawing alignment the user must click the align view action. and follow the steps below:

 

 

 

1. Move the cursor to a wall structure until it is highlighted with fuchsia color.

 

 

2. Lock to the selected wall by pressing the space bar (the locked wall becomes green) and click to a point in the wall to confirm. Also this changes the direction of the active coordinate system.

 

3. Use the move action to move the drawing to an appropriate point in wall in order to be at the correct position.
